EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As your Board recalls, both Lake County Animal Care and Control and the Lake County Library are recipients of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) grants. These grants require development of a Language Access Plan (LAP) for Limited English Proficiency Individuals. This document was created by staff using data from sources such as the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Justice, in fulfillment of USDA requirements.
