SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution Approving the Application of the Lake County Arts Council for the California Arts Council Grant for FY 2017-18 and Authorizing the Lake County Arts Council to execute the grant contract.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Since 1986, the Lake County Arts Council has been recognized as the official representative of the Arts to the State-Local Partnership Program. We recently received a request from Shelby Posada, Executive Director of the Lake County Arts Council, for a Resolution authorizing the Lake County Arts Council to apply for the FY 2017-18 California Arts Council Grant.
