SUBJECT: Approve Agreement between the Lake County Sheriff's Department and U.S. Forest Service for FY 16/17 annual operating and financial plan, in the amount of $19,000 for Controlled Substance Operations, and authorize the Sheriff and the Chairman to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Sheriff’s Department requests approval of the attached agreement from the U.S. Forest Service for enforcement services on Forest Service lands.
Revenue for fiscal year 2017/18 in the amount of $19,000 for Controlled Substance Operations has been included in FY 2017/18 Sheriff/Marijuana budget 2203. There are four originals attached to this agreement and will require a total of eight signatures.
