SUBJECT: Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement between County of Lake and Willow Glen Care Center for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services for Fiscal Year 2016-17 for an increase of $14,859 and a new contract maximum of $44,859; and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Attached, for your approval, is the First Amendment to the Agreement between County of Lake and Willow Glen Care Center for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services for Fiscal Year 2016-17.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: Willow Glen Care Center operates multiple facilities including Adult Residential Facilities and Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers. Within Willow Glen Care Center’s group of facilities, Lake County Behavioral Health uses the following facilities: Willow Glen Care Center, Redwood Creek Community Living Center, Rosewood Care Center, and Sequoia Psychiatric Treatment Center.
Since utilization has increased at one or more of these facilities, Lake County Behavioral Health (LCBH) would like to increase the contract by $14,859 for a new contract maximum of $44,859.
