SUBJECT: Approve the Addendum to Lease Agreement Between Mobile Modular for Public Restrooms at Our Lower Lake Main Office, Extending the Term Through April 30, 2019 for an Annual Lease Rate of $5,952.00; and authorize the Chair to Sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Department of Social Services has leased public restrooms for our Anderson Ranch Parkway office since 1998. This addendum will extend the term of the lease for two additional years, terminating April 30, 2019.
