EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Attached is the agreement between the County of Lake and Richard Bachman, DVM for veterinary professional services not to exceed $140,000 for the FY17/18.
Our medical clinic provides ‘no cost’ community cat surgeries, as well as spay-neuter services on all our adoptions, rescue animals, low income pets and Pitbulls. Additionally, the standard and quality of medical care shelter animals receive is outstanding. We have been able to save tens of thousands of dollars by providing our own medical care here at the shelter.
