SUBJECT: Approve Agreement between the County of Lake, Probation Department and Hilltop Recovery Services in the amount of $50,000; and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Hilltop Recovery Services provides intensive residential alcohol and drug treatment services for Lake County residents. The Lake County Probation Department, Lake County Department of Social Services and Lake County Behavioral Health are all using, or have used, their services. Lake County Probation has had this Agreement in place for at least the past 4 years.
The Lake County Probation Department has a significant need for Hilltop Recovery’s services. This proposed agreement would be completely funded by Public Safety Realignment (AB109).
This Agreement reflects a change in Hilltop Recovery’s daily rate from $80 per day, per client referred, to $100 per day. The maximum annual amount of $50,000 has not changed.
Please consider this memorandum as my request to have the Board of Supervisors approve this Agreement and authorize the Chair to sign.
