SUBJECT: Consideration of an Ordinance Repealing Load and Speed Limits on Wolf Creek Bridge on Wolf Creek Road, Bridge No. 14C-0049
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The continuing structure inventory and appraisal program conducted by Caltrans on Lake County's behalf has shown that a new load capacity calculation on the subject bridge has resulted in the need to repeal the weight and speed restriction ordinance.
Staff has prepared the attached ordinance to repeal the weight and speed limits on Wolf Creek Bridge on Wolf Creek Road.
Your favorable consideration of the subject ordinance will facilitate the proper revision of the Ordinance Code.
