SUBJECT: Approve First Amendment to Agreement between the County of Lake and Calserve, Inc. for Professional Services for FY 2017/2018 in an amount not to exceed $25,000 per year; and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Department of Child Support Services requests your Board’s approval of the attached First Amendment to Agreement, to extend the current Agreement from July 1, 2017 through July 30, 2018. As in the current Agreement, the First Amendment limits the total maximum allowed at $25,000.
