SUBJECT: Request for Board direction regarding future use of the Lucerne Castle
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As your Board is aware, Marymount California University recently vacated our Lucerne Castle unexpectedly. Since that time, there have been a number of inquiries regarding the County’s plans for future use of the Castle.
I am requesting an opportunity for discussion with your Board so that I am in a better position to respond to such inquiries based on the priorities of your Board.
