SUBJECT: Approve Inspection Agreement for Alvaro Valencia and Bill Stone as a condition of a Minor Use Permit (MUP16-01), Assessor’s Parcel No. 024-231-12 for the County of Lake to provide engineering services for the review of plans, specifications and inspection of work; and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Pursuant to the County’s approval of a Minor Use Permit for Alvaro Valencia and Bill Stone of A&B Collision (MUP16-01), Assessor’s Parcel No. 024-231-12, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the Developer for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 9535 State Highway 53
Description of project is: Construction of frontage improvements along Kugelman Street.
Pursuant to the County’s approval of a Minor Use Permit for Alvaro Valencia and Bill Stone of A&B Collision (MUP16-01), Assessor’s Parcel No. 024-231-12, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work. We hereby request the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached Inspection Agreement.
