SUBJECT: Approve Contract Between County of Lake and Regional Housing Authority for Administration of Home Program (HUD HOME Partnerships Investment Program) for the Amount of $117,518.00 From July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019; and authorize the Chair to Sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The County of Lake through its Department of Social Services wishes to contract with Regional Housing Authority to administer the HOME programs which include the First Time Home Buyer and Owner Occupied Rehab Programs.
Funding for these programs will come by way of Program Income which has been generated by the payment of previous loans to Lake County residents. Those loans were originally funded through the California State Department of Housing and Community Development. There will be no County cost associated with the funding of this contract.
