SUBJECT:                      Presentation of the Boat Ramp Gate Feasibility Study by Oscar Larson and Associates

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Oscar Larson and Associates have completed the boat ramp gate feasibility study and will present their findings to the Watershed Protection District Board of Directors. The gate system could enhance the 24-hour quagga program at these eight ramps, though the 750+ private access ramps remain an issue to be best addressed through the existing sticker and inspection program.
