SUBJECT: (a) Approve By-laws for the Scotts Valley Community Advisory Council; and (b) Amend Resolution 2017-27, a Resolution Establishing the Scotts Valley Community Advisory Council, for a typographical error in the body of the document (changing reference of District 5 to District 3).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On February 28, 2017, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2017-27, establishing the Scotts Valley Community Advisory Council. Per said resolution, the members of such are to develop by-laws establishing the date, time, and location of meetings and the rules and procedures of the Council.
Attached please find the proposed by-laws for your Board’s consideration and approval.
