EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Phil Moy is requesting approval for travel to a meeting in San Diego to attend the Western Regional Panel on Aquatic Nuisance Species. Phil was a 20-year member of the Great Lakes Panel and will represent the interests of Lake County and Clear Lake at the present meeting.
