SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the Dry Creek Road at Dry Creek Bridge Replacement Project; Bid No. 16-04
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On July 12, 2016, the Board approved an Agreement with Bridgeway Civil Constructors, Inc. for Dry Creek Road at Dry Creek Bridge Replacement Project. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on April 28, 2017.
Staff has prepared a resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to sign the Notice of Completion.
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the Dry Creek Road at Dry Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Bid No. 16-04.
