EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Attached for your review and approval is the notarized Dedication and Conveyance for the sewer line built to serve the subject property. The construction of 175.94 lineal feet of eight-inch PVC sewer pipe, one sewer manhole, one rodding inlet, one six-inch sewer lateral and property line clean out has been completed and approved in accordance with District standards
