SUBJECT: Consideration of Chairman's recommended 2018 Committee Assignments for Members of the Board of Supervisors
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
At the direction of your Board, staff has researched the Committee Assignments list and removed those committees that are no longer meeting or mandated. In addition, committees your Board members have created or indicated they meet with as a Board member have been added.
After further discussions with Supervisor Smith and Steele, we have made adjustments and recommendations which you will find attached.
Staff has created files for each committee listed, which will be housed in your front office. We ask that you please provide staff with any agenda items you obtain (agenda, minutes, back up) from your meetings with these committees so we can retain the information inside those folders.
