SUBJECT: Approve Contract Amendment between the County of Lake and A&P Helicopters in the amount of $19,235 and authorize the Chairman to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Lake County Sheriff’s Department requests Your Board’s approval of the attached contract amendment with A&P Helicopters for invoice #7787 dated 7/11/2017 in the amount of $19,235. Since the services provided were from a prior fiscal year, a special contract was required in order to process payment.
