SUBJECT: Consideration of a Resolution Establishing Alternate Office Hours for the Offices of the Assessor-Recorder for the Period from January 1, 2018, Through December 31, 2018.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As you will recall, your Board last approved alternate office hours for the offices of the Assessor-Recorder on October 24, 2017.
As I shared in October, it will take considerable time to fully address the understaffing and other issues that led to the reduction of public hours. The attached Resolution, for your consideration, details progress that has been made since your previous approval of reduced hours, and sets targets for the next twelve months.
I will be present to make a report, and answer any questions your Board may have.
