EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
At the close of your Board’s January 18, 2018 workshop on cannabis cultivation, your Board directed staff to prepare, for your next regular meeting, this Resolution of Intent to Amend Article 27 and any related sections of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance.
Provided your Board adopts this Resolution, the Planning Commission will consider the draft cannabis cultivation ordinance at its next regular meeting, taking into consideration the consensus your Board reached on the components spelled out in Exhibit A.
