SUBJECT: Approve Amendment to Lease Agreement between the County of Lake and Sam Polo for the annual amount of $38,042.40 through June 30, 2021, and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
We have leased the facility located at 14092 Lakeshore Dr, Clearlake, California since November 1, 2015 for a family visit room for our Child Welfare program, conference room space and our Housing department office space. We are extending the term of this lease for an additional 3 years.
