EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This CCO is structured to adjust the current contract quantities to in-place quantities in the Starview North bid schedule.  It also adds two line items for additional work.  There was extra work which was not anticipated to hook up a property on Starview Loop to the new distribution system resulting from the relocation of the distribution system for an additional cost of $900.00.  There was also a need for 4 traffic rated water meter box lids for boxes which ended up in the travelled way.  The number of double water meter services was increased by 8, and the number of single water meter services was increased by 2.
