SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution accepting the CSA-7 Bonanza Springs Ridge Road Water Main project as complete and authorize the CSA-7 Administrator to sign the Notice of Completion
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The contract for the construction of the subject project, as authorized under the Agreement dated July 17, 2017 was satisfactorily completed on December 13, 2017. Staff is working on close out paper work related to the project, however the physical work is completed and ready to be accepted on behalf of the District. The attached Resolution authorizing the signature of the Administrator on the Notice of Completion has been prepared for your consideration.
