SUBJECT: Adopt the Lake County Watershed Protection District Quagga/Zebra Mussel Infestation Prevention Fee Grant Program Application and Funding Agreement Resolution
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The state Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boats and Waterways requires your Board to pass a resolution stating our intent to accept the grant funds, participate in the Quagga Prevention Program and to indicate we will provide some match. We will provide match predominantly in the form of indirect salary charges and $108 cash. The grant amount is $346,794.90; the total project cost is $411,623.70.
