EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Caltrans requires certification on all State funded projects that Right-of-Way is cleared before they will allow the project to proceed to the next phase. All Right-of-Way for this project is now clear and ready to proceed with the certification.
Caltrans also requires that this Right-of-Way certification be authorized by an adopted resolution by the Board of Supervisors.
On September 13, 2016, the Board adopted Resolution 2016-141, approving a Right-of-Way Certification for this project. Since it has been more than a year between the Right-of-Way certification and start of construction, Caltrans is requiring the County of Lake to re-certify the Right-of-Way. A new Certification and resolution have been prepared in compliance with Caltrans’ directive. Both documents are attached for your consideration.
