SUBJECT: Consideration of Contract Change Order No. 2 for the CSA-2 Spring Valley Distribution System Improvement Project, Bid No. SD16-10
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This change order adjusts the contract quantities from the estimated values in the bid documents to the final in-place quantities at the end of the contract. The accompanying memo provides further detail on the eight line items which were adjusted resulting in a net increase to the contract of $5,157.00.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): The change order is within the anticipated project contingency for the grant and local match portions of funding. This project was funded 80% by a Safe Drinking Water Bond Act of 2006 (Proposition 84), administered by the California State Department of Water Resources. This particular grant was part of a larger collaborative project with Yolo County who is the lead agency for the grant administration.
