SUBJECT: (Sitting as the Lake County Air Quality Management District, Board of Directors) Consideration of Re-Appointment of Roger Bakke, Nancy Perrin, and Cameron Reeves to the LCAQMD Hearing Board for three year terms, pursuant to Health and Safety Code.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
California Health & Safety Code Section 40801 requires one Legal Professional, one Professional Engineer, one Medical Professional, and two Public Members be represented on the Hearing Board.
Roger Bakke has served for the past 15 years as the Professional Engineer Member on the LCAQMD Hearing Board. Mr. Bakke has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and currently is a Registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Bakke has resided in the community for a number of years and brings valued perspective and experience to the Hearing Board.
Nancy Perrin has served as the Medical Member on the LCAQMD Hearing Board for the past 5 years. Prior to being appointed the Medical Member Ms. Perrin served as the Alternate Medical Member for 4 years. Ms. Perrin has an Associate in Science Degree and has 33+ years' experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Ms. Perrin is a Certified Respiratory Therapist and has been employed at St. Helena Hospital in Clearlake as the Program Coordinator for Pulmonary Rehabilitation for the past 9+ years and has worked with the American Lung Association, American Association for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, California Society for Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and Better Breather Club. Ms. Perrin's unique background with respiratory and pulmonary care gives her the ability to understand the health effects on the body.
