SUBJECT: Approve Second Amendment to Lease Agreement Between Law Offices of Ewing and Associates for CWS Staff Parking, Extending the Term Through June 30, 2019 for an Annual Lease Rate of $3,600.00 and Authorize Chair to Sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Department of Social Services has leased parking for our Child Welfare Services office in Lakeport since 2002. This second amendment extends the term for an additional year, terminating June 30, 2019.
