SUBJECT: (Continued from March 13, 2018) Consideration of Board Appointment to the Building Board of Appeals
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As your Board will recall, at the January 2, 2018 Board of Supervisors meeting during the Committee Assignment agenda item, questions arose about the status of the Building Board of Appeals.
The Building Board of Appeals is required per Ordinance No. 512, although no Board members have been appointed in the recent years.
Your Board should effectuate appointments to this Board so it can be operational when the need arises.
