SUBJECT: Approve the Contract Between County of Lake and Redwood Community Services, Inc.
for Family Wraparound Services in the Amount of $360,000.00 (Three Hundred Sixty
Thousand Dollars), from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 and Authorize
the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This Contract is intended to replace the current contract with Redwood Community Services, Inc. for Family Wraparound Services, executed on February 3, 2015. Upon execution, this new contract will terminate the prior contract. As your Board is aware, Lake County has opted out of participating in the California Department of Social Services Title IV-E California Well-Being Project; hence, the new contract updates the funding source, which is the savings realized through the SB 163 Wraparound program.
