SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution Approving Right of Way Certification for the HSIP Cycle 8 Upgrade Warning Signs and Striping Project - State Agreement No. HSIPL-5914 (113)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As federal funds will be used for the subject project, Caltrans requires certification that all Right of Way is cleared before they will allow the project to proceed. All work associated with this project will be within existing right of way.
Caltrans also requires that this right of way certification be authorized by resolution by the Board of Supervisors. Both documents have been prepared and are attached for your consideration.
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors adopt the Resolution Approving Right of Way Certification for the Harbin Springs Road over HSIP Cycle 8 Sign and Striping Project, and authorize the Public Works Director to execute the Right of Way Certification.
