SUBJECT: Approve Agreement between the County of Lake and Breezy Janitorial for Janitorial Services at the Lake County DCSS Office not to exceed $20,000 for the Term May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2019 and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Department of Child Support Services requests your Board’s approval of the attached agreement with Breezy Janitorial for janitorial services. Staff received two bids from janitorial services, from the five that were sent out, with Breezy Janitorial providing the best overall bid. The funding for this department is covered by state and federal funding.
