SUBJECT: (a) Approve Rental Agreement between the County of Lake and Paul E. Lowen for Storage Hangar #1 at Lampson Field for the monthly amount of $300, and authorize the Chair to sign; and (b) Approve Rental Agreement between the County of Lake and Paul E. Lowen for Storage Hangar #2 at Lampson Field for the monthly amount of $500, and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The attached rental agreements are for 2 separate metal storage hangars at Lampson Field Airport. Paul E. Lowen, has agreed to the terms and conditions as written in the rental agreements.
Tenant also agrees to pay, and the County agrees to accept, a monthly fee of $300 per month for the first agreement and $500 per month for Rental Agreement No. 2, due and payable the first of each and every month.
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors consent to the rental agreements with Paul E. Lowen, and therefore recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to approve and sign the attached agreement.
