SUBJECT: (a) Adopt Resolution Approving a Cooperative Service Agreement and Financial Plan with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) to provide an Animal Damage Control Program for the County of Lake; and (b) Approve the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) Cooperative Services Agreement and Financial Plan, and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
I would like to ask the Board to adopt the attached Resolution which approves the Cooperative Agreement and Financial Plan with USDA APHIS WS to provide animal damage control.
The cost of the program is $103,374, an increase of 3% from last year.
Should you adopt the Resolution, please have the Chair sign three (3) original copies of the Cooperative Services Agreement and three (3) copies of the Financial Plan and return them to USDA for further processing. A fully executed copy will be returned for your files.
