SUBJECT: Approve the submission of an electronic grant application to the State of California Department of Boating and Waterways in the Amount of $37,000 for the Purchase of a repower unit and the refurbishing of a 2000 Jetcraft patrol boat.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Sheriff’s Department requests your Board’s approval to submit an electronic grant application to the California Department of Boating and Waterways, in the amount of $37,000, for the Purchase of a repower unit and the refurbishing of a 2000 Jetcraft patrol boat. If approved, the contract will be brought back to your Board for signature.
