SUBJECT: Consideration of County Employee Assistance Program Renewal from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The County must renew our rate with the Employee Assistance Program every five years. It is now time for our renewal, and we are happy to report that our renewal rate has dropped 5%, from $2.06 per employee per month to $1.96 per employee per month, effective July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff requests that your board:
1) Approve the renewal for the County’s Employee Assistance Program; and
2) Authorize the Human Resources Department to execute renewal documents for the Employee Assistance Program for the period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023.
