SUBJECT: Consideration of a Resolution Expressing the Intent of the Board of Supervisors in Prohibiting a Cannabis Cultivation Site within 1000 Feet of a Water Sphere of Influence as Described in Lake County Ordinance No. 3073
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
During the meeting of your Board on April 24, 2018, you asked staff to consider whether there was a means to ensure that your intention in prohibiting a cannabis cultivation site within 1000 feet of a water sphere of influence as described in Lake County Ordinance No. 3073 could be addressed pending clarification of that language through an amendment of said ordinance.
For your review and consideration is a resolution expressing the intent of our Board as therein described. If the resolution is acceptable to your Board, it may be offered for passage.
