(a) Report on Early Activation (Community Development Director)
(b) Presentation of process developed for collection of Cannabis Cultivation Tax (Treasurer-Tax Collector)
(c) Review recommendations and set priority for amendment to the Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance (CD Director)
(d) (i) Review of Planning Commission recommendations on regulations for Manufacturing, Distribution and Testing; and (ii) Possible direction to staff to prepare the Manufacturing, Distribution and Testing Ordinance for first reading (CD Director)
(e) Review existing Cannabis Cultivation Tax Measure and discussion of possible additional taxing mechanisms (County Administrative Officer and County Counsel)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This is the fourth in the series of Cannabis Workshops, part of your approved work plan to finalize recreational cannabis provisions in Article 72 in a manner which is consistent with but not duplicative of state regulations.
