SUBJECT: Approve to Appoint Jim Campbell at Step 5 of the Chief Deputy Assessor-Recorder - Valuations position
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Jim Campbell comes to the position with over 40 years of experience in appraisal and experience in the County of Lake, Assessor-Recorder’s Office. During his experience, he has served as the Chief Deputy Assessor-Recorder - Valuations for over 13 years as well as other positions within the office. His level of knowledge and experience is unparalleled. He also possesses a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of International Business from California State University, Chico and Arizona State University respectively. He also possesses an Advanced Appraisal Certification from the California State Board of Equalization.
He will make a welcome addition to the Assessor-Recorder’s Office.
