EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The U.S. Geological Survey owns and operates a stream flow gage station on Kelsey Creek near Kelseyville. The station provides real-time and historical data that are critical during floods and floodplain planning.
The Water Resources Department cooperates with U.S. Geological Survey to provide annual funding for maintenance of the gauge station. The cost share for renewal of the annual agreement is:
