SUBJECT: Adopt the Resolution approving the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022 and authorize the Behavioral Health Administrator to sign the Standard Agreement.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This is the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and DHCS which will fund specialty mental health services.
FISCAL IMPACT: __ None _X_Budgeted __Non-Budgeted
FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): This Standard Agreement is a zero dollar contract. The Mental Health Plan’s (MHP) authority to be paid is established in accordance with Chapter 3, Part 2, Division 5 of the Welfare and Institution Code along with Sections 5600, 5750, 5650, and Government Code Sections 11138, 14705, 14718; therefore, it is not necessary to develop and include individual county funding estimates for the five (5) year term of the contract.
