SUBJECT: Approve Inspection Agreement for Doug Bridges (Bridges Construction) to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications of Assessor’s Parcel No. 008-061-26 and authorize the Chair to sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Pursuant to the County’s approval of a Use Permit (UP 14-06) for Doug Bridges (Bridges Construction), Assessor’s Parcel No. 008-061-26, The Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection work. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the developer for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 5846 Live Oak Drive, Kelseyville
Description of project is: Construction of frontage improvements along Live Oak Drive
We hereby request the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached Inspection Agreement.
