SUBJECT: Consideration of Acceptance of Donation in the amount of $25,000 from Rebuild Northbay Foundation (RNBF) for Pawnee Fire relief
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Board of Directors of RNBF held an emergency meeting on June 25, 2018 and took action to approve an immediate donation of $25,000 to Lake County to offset Pawnee Fire costs.
As your CAO, I have preliminarily accepted this very kind and generous donation and now recommend that your Board take formal action to accept, according to your Donations Policy.

Staff recommends the donated funds be placed in Budget Unit 1920 Disaster Response and Recovery to be used for Pawnee Fire response and recovery efforts.
