SUBJECT: Approve Contract Between County of Lake through the Department of Social Services and Lake County Behavioral Health in the Amount of $144,840 from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019 and authorize the Chair to sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As the Board is aware, for many years, under contract our Public Guardian Division has provided Lanterman Petris Short (LPS) Conservatorship services for Lake County Behavioral Health. The annual rate of $72,420 has remained the same as the past three fiscal years. Our latest Agreement expired on June 30, 2017. At this time we are recommending renewal of this Contract between County of Lake through its Department of Social Services and Lake County Behavioral Health for conservatorship services in the Amount of $144,840.00, (One Hundred Forty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Dollars), from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019 for conservatorship services.

The revenue for this contract is included in our budget for Fiscal Year 17/18/19, and remains the same as the previous years’ contract price. Social Services is paid for services from Behavioral Health.
There is no county cost associated with this contract.
