EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The contract dated July 1, 2017 between the County of Lake and Regional Housing Authority is for the purpose of completing rehabilitation and homebuyer loans for low to moderate income groups within the unincorporated areas of the County of Lake. This amendment is for payment to complete a grant program application to the State HOME program for additional funds to continue the loan program.
