EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) created a Conciliation
Agreement/Voluntary Compliance Agreement addressing a client complaint and process of compliance. The signature of Crystal Markytan, Director of Lake County Department of Social Services and Executive Director of Lake County Housing Authority will attest to the approval and acceptance of this agreement on behalf of the Lake County Housing Commission.
