SUBJECT: Consideration of Argument in Favor of a Cannabis Business Tax ballot measure for the November 4, 2018 Election
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Earlier this month, our Board took the necessary actions to place a Cannabis Business Tax measure on the upcoming election ballot for voters to decide. I am recommending we also consider and approve an Argument in Favor of said Cannabis Business Tax measure for publication in the November 4, 2018 ballot.
