SUBJECT: (Sitting as the Lake County Sanitation District, Board of Directors) Approve purchase of budgeted 317hp 460V 3 phase lift station pump for LACOSAN Southeast and authorize Special Districts Administrator acting as the Assistant Purchasing Agent to issue and sign purchase order not to exceed $100,416.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The FY18/19 budget includes an allocation in budget unit 8354 (LACOSAN SE), object code 62.74, for the purchase of a 317hp replacement lift station pump for lift station 1. We are requesting your Board’s approval of the purchase of this budgeted item that is required as part of standard wastewater operations. In addition, we are requesting your Board’s approval to authorize Special Districts Administrator acting as the Assisting Purchasing Agent to issue and sign purchase order not to exceed $100,416.00
