SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution approving Agreement No. 17-043-008-SF with the State of California, Department of Food and Agriculture for Compliance with the Pierce's Disease Contract Program and authorizing execution thereof
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
I would like to ask the Board to adopt the resolution to approve the Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the Pierce’s Disease contract, which includes FY 2018-2020. The contract amount is $35,049.22 and includes reimbursement for trapping, nursery inspection, crop inspection and high risk neighborhood inspections.
Should the Board adopt the proposed Resolution, please have the Chair sign two (2) originals of the standard agreement form and one (1) copy of the Board Resolution and return them to the Agricultural Department for further processing. A signed, completed copy will be returned for your records.
